Ti Rakau

Matthew Stratton
Matthew has always had a strong interest in sport and exercise.  He has competed internationally and represented New Zealand in track and field.  As a result of this he has a very good understanding of what it takes to succeed and achieve results.  Since finishing athletics his passion is passing on his knowledge to others in order to help them achieve their own health and fitness goals.
He currently holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Auckland Uni and a Diploma in Fitness Training from AUT. matts@totalexercisesolutions.co.nz

Wayne Attemborrow
Wayne has been working at East Auckland Health & Fitness for some years now. Apart from being a REP'S registered personal trainer, Wayne is about to become a Paul Check practitioner.           

Brent Dickenson
Brent has been a regular gym goer since high school. He enjoys weight training and is a competive body builder. He has completed a diploma in fitness training at AUT.

Lauren Corbett
Lauren completed her bachelor of advanced recreation and outdoor education and also fitness training at AUT. She has experience as a kayak guide instructor and interests in fitness and nutrition.

David Osborn
David completed UNITEC sport and fitness education diploma. He is passionate about weight training and helping people to achieve their goals. He’s had 7 years experience and offers personal training boxing instruction.

 

Botany

Jann Aspden
She’s an AUT qualified Personal Trainer with over 10 years experience. She offers thump boxing and runs regular bootcamps from the Botany gym throughout the year. Functional training and 30 minute sessions are her specialty.

Cassandra Everts
A mother of 2, she obtained her Certificate of Fitness in 2006 and has been working in the industry since. She’s a personal trainer who focuses on total body, functional training, myofascial release work – the whole person. She also runs the bootcamps at the Botany gym.

Michelle Perkins
She is a Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor and mother of 3. She has recently completed study at the University of Auckland to become a teacher of Physical Education and Health. She specializes in injury recovery and nutritional advice.

Andrea Brookland
She is a Fitness Instructor, Personal trainer and mother of 4 children. Her qualifications include Personal Training Certificate from NZIS, Diploma in Exercise Perscription with Merit Certificate for top academic achievement and Thump boxing.

Antony Miller
Antony is a qualified Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer who loves sports. He has experience and knowledge in all areas of training and can help you to lose weight, build strength, tone up or train for sport specific goals.

Debbie Taylor
She is a Fitness Instructor with 3 years experience in the Fitness Industry and a passion for staying fit and healthy naturally. She has spent 10 years in the field of Natural Medicine and nutrition.

Jaron Kung
Jaron is an Exclusive Athletic Trainer in all ranges of Sport & Fitness. He is a lecturer at The New Zealand Institute of Sport, has Master's Degree in Sport & Exercise Science (Hons), a Postgraduate Diploma in Cardiac Rehabilitation and he's a qualified Basketball New Zealand Coach (Level 1).

He specialises in advanced exercise techniques and loves Basketball!
