I have been involved in and around the sports and fitness industry for 16 years.


Mostly my roles have been within sports performance communities, having worked
within both amateur and semi-professional/professional organisations in various disciplines from field sports, strength sports and martial arts/sports.

 

My main interests are strength training, mobility, athleticism and sports
performance/work performance.

 

My strength is my vast knowledge of exercises and fitness within both the health and sports industries.

assess how often we need to work togethter. I will assess your background, your
dreams and your desires to provide a personal plan to suit. Time, goals, and budget will be the factors that will determine the plan I will create for you.
