Revitalize Gym provides a full range of exercise classes to suit all fitness levels for our upgraded and pro-members. Classe timetables can be found on our website and are held within our gym located in East Auckland.
BOXFIT - Boxfit is a fun, high-energy workout that incorporates solid pad work, conditioning, functional and circuit training with an emphasis placed on boxing.
ZUU - A style of calisthenic training that uses full body weight integration and varied movement patterns to enhance mobility, strength, muscle, fat burning and fitness.
BOOTCAMP - is a group service provided by Colin and charged seperately to an existing membership. Colin utilises his vast experience in strength training, mobility, athleticism and sports performance to foster a high intensity class for anyone seeking strong supported direction.
THAI BOXING - Enjoy a high energy session with our experienced Muay Thai Instructor we focus on building strength and endurance in your fitness while either learning or gaining more skill
BODY TONE - A body conditioning/toning workout that targets your entire body.
AB BLAST - Abdominall exercises designed to create and define a strong core
U-JAM - Is an athletic hip hop dance fitness workout that combines easy to learn steps and high energy for a workout that will get your heart rate up.
YOGA - (HATHA YOGA) Suitable for all levels including beginners.
